The 2019 Women's Football 7 Americas League brought together 12 teams from six countries in a fierce battle for the continental title. The tournament, organized in partnership between Liga Fut7 Uruguay and Football 7 International, crowned União Ribeirão (Brazil) as the grand champion after an impeccable campaign.
In the grand final, the Brazilian team defeated Gol F7 (Colombia) 3-0, securing not only the trophy but also a trip to Rome, Italy, to compete in the Club World Cup. With a dominant performance, União Ribeirão showcased its superiority and confirmed its favoritism in the competition.
Atlético Catarinense (Brazil) and Killas FC (Peru) shared third place on the podium. In addition to the title, União Ribeirão also shone in the individual awards. Thais Andrade was named the best player of the tournament, while Edson Prudêncio received the best coach award. Fernanda Goes, also from União Ribeirão, finished as the tournament's top scorer. Killas FC’s goalkeeper Mari Cristina was chosen as the best in her position.
